Thanks for the information. I absolutely LOVE shopping at the thrift shops, and feel blessed to find so many great buys. I am an artist, new to this area, and have found a lot of frames, art supplies, etc at all the stores. Also, since I get paint on everything I wear, it is a great place to find comfortable and yes, stylish clothes..like I know stylish!! LOL. I have made sure that I have a Texas Longhorn shirt for every day of the week by going thrift store shopping. And it feels good to be recycling in the long run. I take things in and always find something to buy. The stores here seem to be much more reasonable than in Houston? Thank you for the interesting comment.

The thrill of thrift store shopping

Oh the smell of other peoples old stuff, the thrill of discovering what treasures wait to be plucked out from the racks of old clothes and piles of dusty books.I love anything vintage.Even if it screams hideous i find it pretty in an ugly duckling sort of way.
